For OSV checks, select a supported ecosystem and enter the exact package name. The OSV API checks known advisories for that package version; it does not guarantee that every runtime, server, or proprietary product is covered.

API & check settings

Control online checks and automatic dashboard refresh.

API checks run server-side from PHP to avoid browser CORS issues. The package query uses the OSV public API. Do not place API secrets in browser JavaScript. The 5-minute dashboard refresh is active while this page is open; scheduled server-side checks require a cron job.

Configured data sources

OSV.dev API — checks advisories by package name, ecosystem and installed version.

Official API documentation ↗

This starter version does not automatically discover every vendor's latest release. The approved/fixed version can be entered by an administrator. Latest-version lookups use supported official project feeds / package registries and are separate from vulnerability advisory checks.
